About Cooking Garlic

I discovered something about cooking garlic.

Clearly, it is a healthy food.

It is more healthy if it is eaten raw, but I do not like the lingering aftertaste.

I usually steam my garlic.

Today I read this short health article that had some interesting information about garlic:

According to the article, I should also chop my broccoli (and wait 10 minutes).
