Well, it was more of a get-together-and-cook sort of thing with my friends, but I'll call it Thanksgiving dinner since it fell on that weekend.
Here's what we whipped up: lobster, cheese and crackers, pesto stuffed mushrooms, pumpkin soup, Greek salad, and oven-roasted chicken.
It was quite delicious and filling!
(I'm glad my friends have an oven, as that is unusual in Korea.)
