The Ideal English Academy?

A few weeks ago I was at a friend's house where there was a gathering of English teachers from different academies (hagwons).

One teacher, who is the assistant director of her large school (in Yong-in?), told me that, from the time they get on the school's buses until they leave, the students are required to speak English.

She said the system works quite well and that their students are good.

I'd like to visit.

Lately I've thought more about changes in English academies, and one thing I'd like to see is a ban on cell phone games.  It pains me to see the cell phone game culture that exists, and how much it detracts students from focused learning.

But then maybe I am just an old conservative teacher.
