Eat Some Nuts!

Since I am posting some articles about the health crisis in Korea, I thought I should ad a bit more variety.

Anyone who keeps up-to-date on health food choices know that eating some almonds and walnuts every day is a good thing.  However, according to this article, there are possibly more benefits to eating nuts than previously thought:
